The Kabaka Foundation is a British charity (number 1059226), registered on 14 November 1996, primarily established to benefit the Kabaka's subjects. The charity’s objectives include:
- The relief of persons in need by reason of poverty, sickness and distress;
- The protection and preservation of health;
- The advancement of education;
- The conservation of flora and fauna
- And for such other charitable purpose or purposes as the trustees may from time to time decide
